Using communitymore.com (the "Site") or placing an order means you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The shop you are buying from
Community More is the trade name of Endear Annoyer Link INC, based in Gulfport, Mississippi. Our online shop sells pruning tools, hand trowels and rakes, weeding tools, and kneeling pads.
Before you use the Site
You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian. Information you provide with an order must be accurate, current and complete.
When you look at a product
The range consists of pruning tools, hand trowels and rakes, weeding tools, and kneeling pads. Product pages show details such as size, materials and included items. Actual colors can differ slightly from images on a screen. We may modify, discontinue or update product listings at any time without advance notice.
Where an order can go
Delivery is within the United States, covering the 50 states. International shipping is unavailable. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Before you confirm the price
Product prices on the Site are in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is excluded unless we state otherwise. Checkout displays the product price, shipping fees and taxes before you confirm the order. We may update prices at any time.
What standard delivery costs
Standard shipping within the United States is free, without a minimum order amount.
When you pay
Checkout displays the available payment methods. The payment processor used there handles payment securely. The charges appear before you confirm your purchase; there are no undisclosed fees.
If you need to cancel
Contact support@communitymore.com as soon as possible to request cancellation. An order that has been processed or shipped may no longer be eligible.
If an item needs to come back
We accept returns for manufacturing defects, damage in transit or an incorrect item received. Read the Refund & Returns Policy for the conditions, deadlines and steps.
When you use an account
If you create an account, keeping the login credentials confidential is your responsibility. Notify support@communitymore.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Conduct while using the Site
You agree not to engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with Site security or operation, scrape, copy or reproduce Site content without written permission, upload malicious software or harmful code, or try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
